A monthly zine printed & sent to you.
I’m converting over 750 sq. ft. of lawn and garden beds to native plants this fall, and I’m going to keep on going. My goals are to create lots of habitat for plants, bugs, bees, butterflies, birds and more. My cut flower and dried floral gardens of the past year have brought this space alive, and I’m so excited to take the next step by expanding my space to include more beneficial host plants, preferred nectar sources and so much more. Watching this transformation as truly been so impactful and I decided to create this zine so I could share with others just how much we can do to foster life and create magic in a relatively small space.

My undergraduate degree was in Biology and in a sense this project is giving “back to my roots” energy and I love that. I’m also a professional photographer, so get ready for macro images of bugs, blooms, foliage and more. Each month I’ll share the past month’s discoveries or a future month’s plans. I’m hoping to share ideas of how you can add or create similar opportunities, from a porch pot to a larger project, whatever fits your space. And I’m excited to share the life cycles of the visitors and residents to my humble waystation.

Sign up by the 15th of the month, on the 25th I’ll mail you a zine.
Each month I’ll mail an 8-page, full color/double-sided zine from my house to yours.
If you sign up after the 15th, your subscription will begin the following month.
It’s a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime.
The introductory rate* is $9/month for US subscribers; an additional $1 shipping charge is added to CAN subscribers.
*Note: the introductory rate of $9/month is available for the foreseeable future, probably 3-6 months. If you sign up during that timeframe it’ll lock you in at the introductory rate for your subscription. Once my zine becomes less experimental in terms of content/format/length, it’ll likely increase to $12/month. I’ll give notice before that happens.
